-You can rent snorkeling gear at the venue (requires a refundable deposit of $25 USD). -Wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel. -Please carry along with biodegradable sunscreen. -This park is wheelchair accessible. -Swimming with dolphins, shark interactive adventure, snorkeling tour, Mexican wine tasting, Tlachco Dinner, and more activities are available at an additional cost and can be bought at the venue. -Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women. -Certain park activities are not recommended if you suffer from a heart condition, fear of heights, back pain; or if you are recovering from a recent surgery or if you get dizzy easily.

Xcaret park is located in the Riviera Maya, only 56 km (about 35 miles) south of Cancun nternational Airport and just 6 km (not quite 4 miles) south of Playa del Carmen.

–Help us preserve and care for our ecosystem! To avoid affecting the natural balance of the ecosystem, only the use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed in the Park. If your products don’t meet this requirement, at the Park entrance you will find an Information Booth where you can exchange your sunscreen for a free sample of a biodegradable product. Your sunscreen will be returned to you upon departure.
